How We Did It:

We updated the clients cabinets with a fresh coat of paint in the rich dark Sherwin Williams Urbane Bronze color.  We used stainless hardware to contrast the cabinet color.  We complimented the bathroom cabinets with Cambria Colton which is a light quartz with an off white background and gray and brown veining that runs through it.  We used modern undermount rectangle sinks and added two black metal framed mirrors with new overhead vanity lights.  Using the separate lights and the framed mirrors elevated the look of this bathroom giving it a spa like feel.

For the tub/shower area we replaced the tub with a new cast iron tub in white and the walls became a solid white matte solid surface panel.  This achieved two goals.  The first was a clean and crisp feel to the tub shower walls.  The other was to have a non-porous, grout-less option for the shower wall portion of a tub/shower.  The solid surface product is a long lasting product that does not flex and gives a great solution to tile for those who want to upgrade the walls above their tub or in their shower.  We added corner shelves to provide plenty of storage options for their guests.  We included a new modern shower fixture in stainless to give a fresh look.

We finished everything up with a spa like feel using Sherwin Williams Repose Gray for the walls and Alabaster on the trim and doors to give a crisp contrast.  New accessories for towels and toilet paper put the finishing touches on this update.
